Andrew Lessman
Owner
Owner and founder of ProCaps Laboratories, Andrew Lessman is an entrepreneur always looking to develop partnerships in support of his thriving supplement manufacturing business. In 1997, during construction of his new manufacturing facility, Andrew had the opportunity to work closely with Matt Ryba, the project manager, and found that they shared the same values and enthusiasm for business. Matt so impressed Andrew with his commitment to customer satisfaction that the two conceived the idea to form TWC Construction based on that same commitment.

“TWC” stands for The Winning Combination, the name of Andrew’s first business and an appropriate description of his many successful partnerships, including TWC Construction and TWC Aviation.

Matthew Ryba
Chief Executive Officer
A founder of TWC Construction, Matt has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, working in roles that span from project superintendent to leading an entire organization.

Matt's extensive knowledge in the principles and practices of construction, permitting and entitlements are complemented by strong project management and field skills. As CEO, Matt's primary focus is to ensure our clients are satisfied.

Executive Team

Mark Wilmer
President
Mark is a founding member of TWC Construction and brings 30 years of experience to the company, with 20 years of experience specifically in the Southern Nevada region. In addition to the integral role he played in the development of TWC Construction's strategy and formation in 1997, Mark has also been responsible for supervision of all client-side operations for the past 17 years. He is the qualified employee on Nevada, Arizona, California, and Utah licenses.

Greg Hansen
Controller
Greg has proven excellence and success within several financial positions during his career, with 30 years being spent as a controller and with over 10 years dedicated specifically to the construction industry.

HISTORY

In 1997, during construction of a new manufacturing facility in Southern Nevada, Andrew Lessman, founder of ProCaps Labs (then called The Winning Combination or TWC), had the opportunity to work closely with Matt Ryba. Andrew was so impressed with Matt's straightforward yet collaborative approach to the construction business - which was unlike anything he has previously encountered - that he decided to create a company that could offer the same unique experience to other businesses. Born from a passion for excellence, the brand's foundation is built on the belief that "servicing the client" is the most important aspect of any business.

Offering innovative solutions to clients, TWC Construction has set itself apart from the competition from the very beginning. Andrew's investment in an educated, well-trained and highly motivated team of employees, working to clearly defined processes and equipped with the best technology available, has allowed the company to grow steadily over the past two decades.
