Design built 70,725 SF concrete tilt-up, shell, building with full interior improvements that includes about 53,800 SF of manufacturing space and 16,925 SF of office space on 3.7 acres. The project included extensive offsite work, including utility relocation, paving, sidewalks and traffic signal. The building interior improvements included several production lines as well as extensive utility and control systems.
